A $7.85 order that works out to $7.35/hour is a trap that looks fine on its face. The dollar amount means nothing without the time; per-hour is the only number that pays your bills.

Your acceptance rate does not affect your account standing — you cannot be deactivated for declining orders. Judge a shift by what it paid when it ended, not by the figure on screen in the middle of it.
