How to Request Deletion

Email us from your Play Store account.
Send an email to support@dashfox.us with the subject line “DashFox Account Deletion Request.” Please message from the same Google Play account you used with DashFox.

Include details so we can find your data.
Share the email address you used in the app or for support, and any Play Store order/subscription ID if you purchased DashFox. If you contacted support, include your ticket number or the email thread. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.

Wait for confirmation.
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required. You will receive a confirmation when processing is finished.
What We Delete
- Support correspondence and attachments tied to your email address.
- Operational data we hold that is linked to your identifiers (for example: synced preferences, offer history, or diagnostic logs tied to your account or device) where technically possible.
- Subscription or purchase records that are not needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
What We Retain & Why
- Legal and financial records. We may retain invoices, order IDs, and tax/audit records for up to 4 years (or longer if required by law).
- Security and abuse prevention. Minimal security logs may be kept for up to 90 days to prevent fraud or abuse.
- Backups. Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before aging out.
- Aggregated or anonymized data. Metrics that no longer identify you (for example, generalized performance trends) may be kept for analytics and service reliability.
Remove Data on Your Device
- Uninstall DashFox to remove app data stored on your device.
- In Android Settings > Apps > DashFox, you can also choose “Storage & cache” → “Clear storage” to remove local files before uninstalling.
- Uninstalling stops further data processing by DashFox on your device.
