1. What DashFox Does
- Provides on-screen tools and guidance for DoorDash drivers.
- Reads and interprets information shown on DoorDash screens (with your permission).
- Displays an overlay bubble.
- Calculates metrics such as $/mile and $/hour.
- Offers optional navigation or workflow assistance.
DashFox does not automate actions, accept offers for you, or perform tasks on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must follow all local laws.
- You must use DashFox only on devices and accounts you control.
If you drive for DoorDash or another delivery service, you must comply with their rules and terms of service. You are solely responsible for your compliance with those platforms.
3. Permissions
DashFox requires certain Android permissions to function:
- Accessibility Service to read DoorDash screen content.
- Overlay (“draw over other apps”) permission.
- Location access to calculate distance and route-based metrics (background location is optional).
- Notifications to keep the service running.
By granting these permissions, you authorize DashFox to use them as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use DashFox for illegal, unsafe, or prohibited activity.
- Do not use DashFox to circumvent platform rules, commit fraud, or manipulate earnings systems.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App.
- Do not interfere with DashFox operations or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
- DashFox is for personal use only; commercial redistribution or resale is not permitted.
5. No Affiliation With DoorDash
DashFox is an independent tool. It is not approved, verified, or officially supported by DoorDash. Using DashFox is at your own risk, and you are responsible for understanding how third-party tools may affect your relationship with DoorDash or other delivery platforms.
6. No Guarantees
DashFox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of metrics or calculations.
- Compatibility with all versions of DoorDash.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- That DashFox will increase your earnings.
- That data will be stored, synced, or retained indefinitely.
DashFox may change, update, or stop working if DoorDash modifies their app or policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
- DashFox is not responsible for decisions you make while driving or delivering.
- You assume all risks related to driving, navigation, and responding to offers.
- DashFox is not liable for any loss of earnings, missed offers, or other indirect damages.
- DashFox is not responsible for any issues arising from misuse of Accessibility or Location permissions.
If you disagree with this limitation, you must not use the App.
8. Data Practices
Information processed by DashFox is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of the App constitutes acceptance of those practices. DashFox makes reasonable efforts to handle data responsibly, but some data requests (such as deletion, correction, or export) may be limited by technical constraints.
9. Updates
DashFox may update the App or these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
- You may stop using DashFox at any time by uninstalling the App.
- DashFox may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse permissions, or if DashFox must discontinue certain functionality.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
