A quick rule: estimate total minutes (drive + wait), then divide payout by time. An $8 order that takes 20 minutes is $24/hour — good. A $7.85 order that works out to $7.35/hour is a trap that looks fine on its face. The dollar amount means nothing without the time; per-hour is the only number that pays your bills.

Your acceptance rate does not affect your account standing: there is no minimum, and you cannot be deactivated for declining offers. What can get you deactivated is a completion rate under 90%. Acceptance rate does decide your rewards tier. Judge a shift by what it paid when it ended, not by the figure on screen in the middle of it.
